Fitton Care Consultancy is a boutique advisory firm principally focused on the social care sector, especially the specialist sector of complex autism, learning disabilities, PMLD and Mental Health. We support owners and management teams to expand, sell their businesses, or develop a path to disposal. We also support Investors new to the specialist social care market.

Our founder, Garry Fitton, is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of Board Level experience in the specialist care sector, holding a practising certificate with the ICAEW. Garry was previously part of the CMG (Care Management Group) turnaround team from 2006. The turnaround involved extensive transformation, restructuring and investment which took CMG to the top of the CQC quality league.
He led all financial aspects of the sale of CMG to AMP in 2018 and was pivotal in the subsequent merger with Regard, the largest specialist sector merger in history, to create Achieve Together. Garry has extensive M&A experience, leading over 30 successful transactions and has managed numerous refinancing and lease renegotiation processes. He has also managed the financial approval process behind over 50 new development openings.
Since 2024 Garry has provided consultancy services to the care sector, both from a buy and sell side perspective. Garry provides sector knowledge to investors and has supported many owner managers to sell their care business or support with a strategic path to disposal.
Garry has experience from start up to large corporate and as a result can support on any size of transaction.

We are supported by external care people from Operational to Board Level who help keep us informed of continuing best practice in the sector.
