Our Expertise

Our founder, Garry Fitton, was previously part of the CMG (Care Management Group) turnaround team from 2006. The turnaround involved extensive transformation, restructuring and investment, which took CMG to the top of the CQC quality league. Garry also led the diligence of numerous Elderly Domcare acquisitions to create a leading provider of elderly domiciliary care through Belgravia Care.

He led all financial aspects of the sale of CMG to AMP in 2018 and was pivotal in the subsequent merger with Regard, the largest specialist sector merger in history, to create Achieve Together

Since 2024, Garry has provided consultancy services to the care sector, both from a buy and sell side perspective. Garry provides sector knowledge to investors and has supported many owner managers to sell their care business or support with a strategic path to disposal.

Garry has experience from start up to large corporate and as a result can support on any size of transaction.
