We can support with the whole exit process. From selecting lawyers and a disposal agent to helping with all aspects of the diligence process. We look to remove the strain on you and your team so that quality of care can be maintained throughout the process.
We can also link you directly to investors should you be looking for minority investments, or sector experts who can support Management and Investors monthly as Exec or Non-Exec Board Members.
We help support Management and Investors draft Investor Appraisals for new developments and M&A. We can offer advice on agreed prices and can lead the full diligence process, including the production of an Investment Appraisal.
This is particularly useful for those Groups looking to expand with M&A for the first time.
We also offer support to help draft a robust process for M&A that covers all areas of diligence. This enables acquirors to follow a fixed step process to ensure that all risks are covered during their internal diligence process.
We also help providing a template for Investor Appraisals covering both M&A and New Developments.
