Garry led the acquisition of RNIDs Care and Support Services in 2021. The transaction was incredibly complex and took a year to complete. The disposal was part of the Charity’s Strategic Review and remains the largest third sector disposal in the specialist sector.

Working to the expectations of Trustees and keeping them informed on all aspects of the transaction was crucial. This knowledge and alignment of objectives helped to form the basis of us offering Strategic Reviews and other sector knowledge to the Charitable Sector.

Our reviews focus on the long term sustainability of the services provided. Scenario based testing of funding alternatives ensures that Trustees can fully assess all available options during challenging economic cycles.
